WHO CAN PLAY
The Irving Oil PUMP UP THE FUN Game Contest is open to all legal residents of the Canadian provinces of NB, NS, PE, and NL who have reached the age of majority, as of Game Start Date, in the province in which they reside. (The age of majority is 19 years in NB, NS and NL; 18 years in PE).
GAMES DATES
The Game begins at 12:00:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) or the start of business on July 4. The Game is scheduled to end in-store at 11:59:59 PM ET or the end of business on September 4, or whenever Game ticket supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
HOW TO PLAY
There are two ways to play and win: Game 1: Instant Win and Game 2: Online Sweepstakes. Carefully scratch the Game 1 box and you could reveal an Instant Win message. Carefully scratch the Game 2 box to reveal a Personal Identification Number used to enter the Online Sweepstakes.
GAME 1: INSTANT WIN
When the Game 1 box is scratched, select tickets will reveal a message stating “You’ve Won!” followed by the description of an Instant Product Prize or AIR MILES reward miles prize. Collectively all Instant Product Prizes and AIR MILES reward miles prizes will be referred to as Instant Prizes herein. Other tickets will reveal a message that states “Save 3¢ Off Per Litre”, “Save 5¢ Off Per Litre” or “Save 10¢ Off Per Litre” on your next fuel transaction. Other tickets will reveal a message stating “Buy 1 Get 1 Free!” followed by the description of an Instant Buy-One Get-One Free discount. Other tickets will reveal a message that reads “Save $2.00 Off” or “Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off” followed by the description of an Irving BIG STOP Restaurant menu item. Collectively all Instant Fuel Savings, Instant BOGO Discounts and BIG STOP Discounts will be referred to as Instant Discounts herein. Values range from $0.33 to $8.50. There are a total of 3,669,610 Instant Prizes and Instant Discounts available to be won.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET A TICKET WITH AN INSTANT WIN MESSAGE
For Instant Product Prizes: Go to the location where you obtained your ticket or to any Participating Location, pick up the product described and present it with the original corresponding game ticket to the checkout for verification and to claim your prize. Winners will be required to answer a verbal skill-testing question upon redemption. For Instant BOGO Discounts: Go to the location where you obtained your ticket or to any Participating Location, pick up the products described and present it with the original corresponding game ticket to the checkout for verification and to claim your discount. For Instant Fuel Savings: Go to the location where you obtained your ticket or to any Participating Location, complete a fuel transaction and present the original corresponding game ticket to the checkout in the store for verification and to claim your savings, with a minimum of 25 litres and up to a maximum of 75 litres. Coupon must be presented in store at the time of payment. No cash back value. For AIR MILES reward miles prizes: Follow the instructions on the winning game ticket to redeem online by September 30. If you do not have an AIR MILES Collector Account, you can enroll in the AIR MILES Reward Program online at airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES Collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. The approximate retail value of AIR MILES reward miles depends on the chosen method of redemption, available reward options at the time of redemption, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances. If redeemed with AIR MILES Cash, 95 reward miles can be redeemed in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Sponsors or 95 reward miles can be redeemed online for eVouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If redeemed for flights, value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers.
For Irving BIG STOP RESTAURANT Instant Prizes and Discounts: Go to the location where you obtained your ticket or to any Participating Irving Big Stop Restaurant location and present the game ticket to redeem your prize or discount offer. Valid for Dine-in only, one coupon per cheque. Game tickets cannot be doubled or combined with any other offer.
ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES
GAME 2: ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES
When the Game 2 box is scratched on a game ticket, all tickets will reveal a unique PIN that can be used to enter the Online Sweepstakes. To enter the Online Sweepstakes, go to irvingfun.com any time after 12:00:01 AM ET on the Game Start Date. Follow the link to complete the first time electronic entry registration form and follow the onscreen instructions to enter. You must have a valid PIN to enter. Once you have entered a valid PIN, as indicated on your game ticket, you will automatically receive either one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), or five (5) Online Sweepstakes Entries. Online Entry dominations are printed in equal quantities. You must accumulate a minimum number of Online Entries in order to be eligible for some of the prize drawings as outlined in Table 3: Schedule of Online Drawings and Prizes, below. Once you have reached the required minimum threshold for Online Entries for any particular prize, you will be automatically entered in the drawing(s) for that prize. PINs must be entered before 11:59:59 PM ET on September 9. Each PIN can only be entered once. Limit of six hundred and thirty (630) PIN entries per person over the entire Game Period.
Early Bird Free Gas for a Year Prize
There will be one (1) prize winner randomly selected from among all non-winning, eligible Online Entries received prior to the drawing. Prize is valued at, and limited to, $2,600.00 and is awarded in Irving Gift Cards of varying denominations totalling but not exceeding $2,600.00. $500.00 Irving Oil Gift Card Prizes
There will be eight (8) drawings to award one (1) $500 Irving Oil Gift Card prize. Prize winners will be randomly selected from among all non-winning, eligible Online Entries received prior to the drawing. Prize is valued at, and limited to, $500.00 and is awarded in Irving Gift Cards of varying denominations totalling but not exceeding $500.00.
$500.00 Cash plus a $500.00 Community Donation Prizes
To be eligible for any $500.00 Cash plus a $500.00 Community Donation Prize, you must have accumulated a minimum of ten (10) Online Entries prior to the date of the drawing. Following the table below, there will be four (4) prize winners randomly selected from among all non-winning, eligible Online Entries received prior to the drawing. Prize is valued at, and limited to, $500.00 awarded as a cheque to the winner and the $500.00 Community Donation will be awarded as a cheque payable to one (1) or more community charities, groups or organizations as selected by the Game Sponsor and the Participating Location.
Free Gas for a Year Prizes
To be eligible for any Free Gas for a Year Prize, you must have accumulated a minimum of twenty (20) Online Entries prior to the date of the drawing. There will be four (4) prize winners randomly selected from among all non-winning, eligible Online Entries received prior to the drawing. Prize is valued at, and limited to, $2,600.00 and is awarded in Irving Gift Cards of varying denominations totalling but not exceeding $2,600.00.
Free Gas for Life Prize
To be eligible for the Free Gas for Life Prize, you must have accumulated a minimum of thirty (30) Online Entries prior to the date of the drawing. There will be one (1) prize winner randomly selected from among all non-winning, eligible Online Entries received prior to the drawing. Prize is valued at, and limited to $78,000.00 and will be loaded onto an Irving Commercial Card, totalling but not exceeding $78,000.00.
